Hilton Hall Gave its name to what is now the more famous (or infamous) Hilton Park Services on the M6. It is a wide moat but as it no longer fully encircles the hall, it is more like a lake.
Manor House Possibly much wider long ago, the current moat is somewhat ornamental. Even so, it adds atmosphere to this part-mediaevil timber-framed house on the outskirts of West Bromwich, now in use as a bar & restaurant.
